ASDM is a workshop on the practical application of semantic data management systems for modern research data management. The thematic focus is the application of the data management system LinkAhead (former name: CaosDB) in the earth Earth System Sciences, but contributions from other disciplines are also welcome. The workshop aims at fostering exchange between users and developers of research data management systems, at discussing current applications and identifying potential for further development.
The workshop is part of the project Digitalization - Global Carbon Cycle of the University of Oldenburg and the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics and Self-Organization in Göttingen, which is funded by the Volkswagen Foundation (Niedersächsisches Vorab).
