Projekt VICE (Virtual Open Science Collaboration Environment)
Wrapping up a two-year project on sustainable virtual research environments (VREs), the ViCE Project will present tools e.g. the ViCE Registry (across-platform image registry for virtual collaborative environments) as well as infrastructure supporting the key principles for VREs such as accessibility and reproducibility. This will be followed by applications and use cases specific to the Galaxy platform, with special guests from important Galaxy hot spots across Europe and the US. Register for the conference and submissions to present can be submitted here.
Intended audience: Researchers, for example in bioinformatics or physics, who require a complete software stack to run on a compute cluster. Users of the Galaxy environment are invited to present on their applications and use cases.
